Carrinnia Woodson

Co-Founder & Director

Carrinnia Woodson, BA, is a dedicated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Facilitator at The Philadelphia Adult Probation and Parole Department. With a Legal Studies degree from the University of Pittsburgh, she transitioned from Probation Officer to excel in developing and overseeing service plans for probationers. Her journey in criminal justice began with volunteer work at Pittsburgh Juvenile Probation, leading to nearly two decades of social services experience. Carrinnia is also a motivational speaker, passionate about assisting others. Outside of work, she manages a Nike basketball youth program, integrating her love for sports with community engagement.

Vinina Williams

Co-Founder & Director

Vinina Williams is currently pursuing her Doctorate degree at Eastern University, having earned her Master's degree from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY, and her Bachelor's degree from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA. She is dedicated to serving Philadelphia’s youth as a Psychologist in the Child Welfare Division of the Department of Human Services. Vinina focuses on social-emotional learning and crisis management, working on projects that involve consulting with organizations, leading workshops, and teaching youth to develop healthy identities, manage emotions, and achieve personal and collective goals. Furthermore, she serves as a Parent Advocate with Children's First, representing the southeast region of Pennsylvania. In this role, she advocates for changes in local and state systems, policies, and practices to foster thriving families and communities. In her leisure time, Vinina enjoys spending quality moments with her family and friends, as well as indulging in vacations.
